We offer a 30-day limited warranty on all LumoNest products from the delivery date.

 What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects (seams, stitching, tags)

• Damage during shipping

• Incorrect items sent

 What’s Not Covered:

• Wear and tear from normal use

• Improper washing or handling

• Sizing issues (please use our fit guide or consult support)

 Claim Process:

1. Email chencq6814@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery

2. Include photos or videos of the defect

3. We’ll offer either a replacement or full refund depending on the issue
